Click & Collect with Grampian Furnishers couldn’t be easier. If you enjoy online shopping but prefer to collect your items on-the-go, then Click & Collect enables you to shop in a way that suits you. You can collect most items from our store in Elgin, or one of our parent company, Gillies, stores or warehouses, for free, at a time that suits you.
Shop your favourite pieces online, add to your basket, then head to checkout.
Choose the Click & Collect option at checkout.
Select your most convenient collection point.
Allow 10 working days for us to get your purchase to your collection point.
We will contact you once your items have arrived at your selected store and are ready for collection.
We will hold your products in store for a maximum of 14 days. Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to our warehouse for safe storage.
Head to your selected collection point after we’ve notified you.
Bring proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.
Please remember: if collecting a large item, bring someone with you to help as we can’t guarantee we’ll have a colleague available to assist you.
